John Bradshaw
John BradshawManaging Director
John’s Purchasing career now spans over 16 years and initially it began in the retail environment. Starting out in the challenging Supermarket arena before then moving into the Fashion industry with a typical remit including full International accountability and responsibility. John has worked at a senior level very successfully, managing large procurement teams and substantial GNFR spend throughout his procurement career.

Reporting at board level sparked a specific interest in corporate Procurement strategy with particular emphasis in delivering sustainable Procurement savings whilst improving governance and visibility.

Robert Froome
Robert FroomeCommercial Director
Rob has spent 20 years within direct and indirect Procurement, category management and commercial roles.

Starting in supermarket retail, Rob’s career moved from shop-floor into a head office environment. Various buying roles meant category managing a wide range of food and non-food areas for a number of blue-chip retailers and moving into more senior and complex buying roles included product development and Far East sourcing. Rob then moved into Procurement roles with exposure to a wide range of categories including property, marketing, finance, logistics, operations and HR. Rob also introduced revenue generation into a major fashion retailer which from scratch became a multi-million pound business. Before joining EBIT, Rob held the post of Head of Procurement and Revenue Generation.

Jo McCourt
Jo McCourtHead of Finance and Operations
Jo heads up Finance and Operations at Ebit Business Solutions working closely with the Directors. Jo joined us in 2017, having previously worked as Commercial Finance Manager for a large international retailer. Jo is an ACCA qualified accountant and member of the ‘Leaders of Tomorrow Programme’.
Jo has 15 years’ experience in finance roles with a focus of improving revenue, profitability and cashflow. Jo takes responsibility of the financial strategy, reporting, contract pricing and financial performance of the business. Jo is also responsible for HR, IT and general office operations.

Karen Webb
Karen WebbSenior Procurement Manager
Working for blue-chip retail and manufacturing companies, Karen has a wealth of direct and indirect buying and procurement experience spanning over twenty years.

Starting out in Haute Couture fashion design and manufacturing, she moved into buying across various categories in Fashion and Homewares, developing ranging and sourcing strategies to meet the needs of her discerning customers, and optimising cost control to increase financial performance.

Karen brings a host of management skills and experience to support our consultants.

Matt Turner
Matt TurnerProcurement Consultant
The first contracts Matt negotiated were for bands to play at his Student’s Union venue, since then he has held operational Procurement roles in automotive, utilities, fashion and retail sectors. He has bought product for manufacturing, managed a global ‘not for sale’ procurement function and has also built and run an ethical sourcing programme – auditing footwear supplier factories across the world in line with the principles of SA8000.

More recently Matt has delivered a wide range of supply chain consultancy, technology, and commercial improvement projects. He has worked for some of the largest professional services companies in the world, and has worked for clients in Financial Services, Defence, Health, and Utilities, across both Public and Private sectors.

Matt’s happiest when he is surpassing the expectations of clients, working with great suppliers, and operating as part of a fantastic team.

Tilly Dowley
Tilly DowleyProcurement Manager
Tilly joined Ebit Business Solutions in 2014 and has enjoyed working with a variety of different retailers as Procurement Manager. Specialising in Packaging, Merchant Acquiring, and Logistics, Tilly has gained further experience over the years in managing multiple tenders within the IT sector.

Additionally to her Procurement Manager role, Tilly also manages Aderes: Ebit’s contract management database. Ensuring clients maintain governance over their contracts by automatically alerting them ahead of termination periods, Tilly also provides benchmarking against those contracts using market knowledge to ensure a client is receiving the most competitive rates.

Tilly’s passion for the procurement industry, excellent organisational skills and sunny personality mean she achieves great results.

Amy Walrond
Amy WalrondBusiness Development Manager
Amy, a University of Southampton graduate, joined Ebit Business Solutions in 2016 with account management and supply chain management experience gained from the private and public sectors. Amy manages Ebit’s Business Development function, and enjoys building relationships with new and existing clients.

“Ebit focuses on each individual project and works onsite as part of the client’s team to implement sustainable solutions and to achieve savings; I believe that this personal approach is key.”

I’m Bertie the Boxer! I’m here to meet and greet all visitors to the office which I do with GREAT enthusiasm. I love people, nearly as much as I love jumping. Sometimes I combine the two and jump ON people.

As well as meet and greet, I also offer security – mainly against the postman and ensuring there is nothing untoward in the bins. It is my great duty to find and demolish anything food related (and occasionally unrelated) that I find in them.
